**Role and Responsibilities**:

- We are seeking a skilled New Relic APM SME to join our team as a New Relic Browser and APM Consultant.
- Responsibilities include:

- Understanding the customer environment and conducting audits to identify gaps.
- Preparing a thorough gap analysis report.
- Developing a Remedial Action Plan to address the identified gaps.
- Implementing the corrective actions based on the plan.
- Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 6 years in New Relic APM.
- Experience with ITIL and Scrum methodologies.
- Extensive knowledge in New Relic website monitoring, website vitals and performance, New Relic APM synthetic monitoring, and real user monitoring.
- Strong knowledge in deep dive diagnostics and monitoring background.
- Background in Java/.Net is required.
- Knowledge of App Pulse Active and website performance and analytic analysis.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
