- To Plan & advice the patient about therapeutic diet as per the requirement. Patient
Counseling in consultation with Doctor.
- Ensuring the preparation & delivery of Food as per Diet Plan
- Documentation of Diet chart & report preparation for NABH audit
- To oversee the food preparation, whenever necessary.
- To visit admitted patients once a day and record their dietary habits and history, to ensure
that good and hygienic food is served to patients by asking specific questions during
interaction with patient.
- To identify nutritional status and nutritional needs of patients.
- To maintain daily record of quality of food served.
- To plan their(patients) diet and prepare Diet Slips to be given to the kitchen
- To change diet plan of a patient as per his/her medical condition.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
