Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and approach potential clients to expand our business portfolio.

2. Schedule and prioritize meetings with existing and prospective accounts to present our products and services.

3. Develop annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing effective marketing strategies and analyzing market trends.

4. Adjust selling prices based on cost analysis, competition assessment, and demand-supply dynamics.

5. Manage and service current accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. (Current accounts list attached)

6. Establish and nurture relationships with dealers and distributors to increase market penetration.

7. Generate leads and obtain referrals to expand our client base.

8. Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

**Requirements**:
1. 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beverage industry.

2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.

3. Strong strategic, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.

4. Collaborative team player with a positive attitude towards work.

5. Bachelor's degree preferred.

6. Ability to commute to Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

7. Must be willing to relocate to Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh if not already residing in the area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
