Sales and Sales Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining all incoming and outgoing samples, couriers, and dispatches.
- Actively keeping track of all purchases, sales, samples and updating relevant people on daily basis.
- Getting required samples from third parties and issuing them to internal departments and keeping record of it.
- Getting quotations for any given required product or services by searching suppliers.
- Booking of courier(domestic/international) and transport for dispatches
- Payment follow-up with all customers before due date.
- Sending promotional mails.
- Promotional activities and shows coordination.
- Coordinating with all internal departments like stores, gate, production Lab and QA for material, documents etc.
- Keeping track of all stages of material to be dispatched after receiving of order till material reaches customer.
- Refining/mining all leads, enquiries generated through portals or exhibitions and pass relevant details to sales.
- Fixing of meetings as per visit plan given by director/managers.
- Export/Import documentation (invoice,PL,checklist,shipping bil, bill of lading and entry etc) and maintaining all shipment wise records of all dispatches.
- Verifying third party invoices from their Po and quotations.
- Director’s Meeting planning related to work and personal as well.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
