About the Role:
As a Tele Collection Executive, you are responsible for contacting customers to collect

overdue payments. As a member of a collection team, you will be responsible for achieving

specific collection targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate

records and providing management with updates.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Contact customers by phone to collect overdue payments.
- Research customer accounts to identify the best contact information and payment

options.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they are making payments on time.
- accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Provide updates to management on collection progress.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelors, Any
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in the collection department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Hindi and English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with collections software is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
