- **2ND AND 4TH SATURDAYS OFF**
- **WORKING HOURS : 10:30 T0 7:00 PM**

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assembling, arranging, and getting ready papers, materials, and data for data input.
- Doing research to gather data for missing papers and materials.
- Converting paper or voice recordings into digital documents.
- Checking the accuracy of all documents and information, and notifying the supervisor of any mistakes or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all export transactions.
- Preparing Supplier details, Purchase Order no. & Tax Invoice Noe etc. as per Sale Invoice for the record purpose.
- As per GST Notification no. 40/2017-Central Tax (Rate) OR 41/2017-Integrated Tax (Rate) dated 23/10/2017 for Merchant Exports has been charged under taxable goods amount calculated at the rate of 0.1%.
- Prepare & provide **GST (Goods & Services Tax) 0.1% Intimation letter** to **GST Jurisdictional department** & to the **Supplier.**:

- Prepare Export Documentation (**Proof of Export**) which is evidence of export for goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers & internal team to obtain necessary documents.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft excels, Microsoft word & Editing.
- Proficiency in preparing export documents (e.g. GST Intimation letter, Export Proof document).
- Establishing frequent backups and digital databases to store data.
- Maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems up to date.
- Database monitoring, review, and error or consistency correction.
- Creating and exporting spreadsheets, documents, and data reports as necessary.
- Completing administrative activities such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as required.
- **Strong knowledge of Microsoft excels, Microsoft word & Editing.**
