- WORKING HOURS : 10:30 T0 7:00 PM

Job Title: Data Entry Operator (Advanced Computer Skills)

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems

Manage, verify, and update digital records and files

Use MS Office (especially Excel) for data sorting, cleaning, and reporting

Perform regular data backups and ensure data accuracy

Assist in preparing reports, charts, and summaries

Maintain confidentiality and data security standards

**Required Skills**:
Excellent typing speed and accuracy

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace

Basic knowledge of data validation, VLOOKUP, filters, formulas in Excel

Strong internet research skills

Comfortable using office equipment like printers, scanners, etc.

Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools quickly

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Computer Science or related)

Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
