**Team management**:Manage a team of chat agents or a domestic inbound voice process. This includes scheduling, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
- **Customer service**:Manage customer service inquiries, take orders, and record complaints.
- **Reporting**:Publish reports on operations and performance, such as productivity, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction.
- **Tracking**:Track and analyze trends in customer interactions, agent performance, and daily productivity.
- **Monitoring**:Monitor operations in real time to identify issues and take corrective action.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,276.70 per month
