**Key Responsibilities**:
**Bookkeeping**:Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Maintain general ledgers and ensure accuracy of financial data.

**Financial Reporting**:Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Generate financial reports for management and stakeholders.

**Accounts Payable**:Process and verify invoices, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies.

**Accounts Receivable**:Monitor and follow up on customer accounts for timely payments.
Prepare and send invoices, credit memos, and statements as needed.

**Qualifications**:
