Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate

value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Conduct market visits to identify the existing customer’s needs and trends, tap their

new business requirements and identify competitor’s activities and products.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to understand

customer requirements and position the company's products or services effectively
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and

cold calling.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and

objectives with Organic(Incremental)growth from existing customers as well as

Generating New business
- Ensure timely collection of payment from the customers, with mínimal outstanding
- In case of any issues related to quality or rejections, coordinate with the quality team

and ensure that the customer issue is resolved
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development,

and customer support, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business
- Objectives Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective

customers, negotiating terms and pricing as needed.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to sales management on a regular

basis.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities

to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential

customers and promote the company's products or services.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend business meetings

and events.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
