**Job Description: Argon Welder (Watch Industry)**

**Location**: Ecotech 3rd, Greater Noida
**Experience**: 1-2 years
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform Argon welding (TIG welding) on high-precision materials, primarily for components in the watch industry.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of welds, especially on intricate and small-sized parts, adhering to specifications and technical drawings.
- Perform pre-welding preparation, including cleaning, cutting, and setting up welding machines.
- Maintain cleanliness and quality control during and after the welding process, ensuring there are no defects in the finished products.
- Inspect finished welded parts to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
- Work with various metals, such as stainless steel, brass, and other materials used in the watch manufacturing process.
- Follow safety guidelines and use proper protective equipment (PPE) during welding operations.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues as they arise.
- Maintain and clean welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Argon Welder, preferably in the watch or similar precision industry.
- Familiarity with welding techniques and safety protocols.
- Knowledge of different materials, their properties, and how to handle them in welding.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding blueprints.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, defect-free work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in the watch or jewelry industry is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of other welding techniques such as MIG or Stick welding.
