Tig Welder

We have a vacancy for TIG/Argon welders in our company. The job responsibilities will include:

- Perform TIG welding operations on various materials, including mild steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys, based on project specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to ensure accurate weld placement and dimensions.
- Set up and operate TIG welding equipment, ensuring proper gas flow and power settings for optimal weld quality.
- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, grinding, and prepping surfaces to achieve strong weld joints.
- Monitor and control welding parameters to avoid overheating, distortion, or defects in the final product.
- Inspect completed welds for quality and conformance to industry standards, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of welding equipment to ensure its longevity and reliability.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
