- Implement **backup, restore, and recovery strategies** to prevent data loss.
- Monitor and troubleshoot **database performance, locks, deadlocks, and slow queries**.
- Work closely with developers to improve **database schema design and best practices**.
- Automate database maintenance tasks using **SQL scripts and automation tools**.
- Ensure database **security, access control, and compliance** with industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest **database technologies, tools, and trends**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

- **
- **5+ years** of experience as a **DBA with SQL development experience**.
- Strong expertise in **query optimization, performance tuning, and indexing strategies**.
- Hands-on experience with **HADR, log shipping, replication, and disaster recovery planning**.
- Experience in **data migration, backup, and restoration** across environments.
- Proficiency in **database engines like MSSQL.**:

- Strong knowledge of **stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions**.
- Experience with **ETL processes and data integration**.
- Familiarity with **monitoring tools (SQL Profiler, Performance Monitor, DMVs)**.
- Understanding of **cloud-based database solutions (AWS RDS, Azure SQL)**.
- Ability to collaborate with **development teams** to optimize database queries.
