Job Title: Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive

**Location**: Victory Tower,sector-74,phase8-b Mohali

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Permanent
**Experience Required**: 2-5years
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to meet business goals.
- Manage and optimize brand presence across social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, video).
- Monitor user engagement and respond to comments/messages promptly.
- Track and analyze social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Run and monitor paid campaigns on social media platforms.
- Prepare monthly reports on KPIs and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SMO, and content marketing principles.
- Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Good understanding of analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.)
- Experience with WordPress or basic HTML/CSS
- Familiarity with paid ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Ads
