**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Train, develop, and supervise store staff to ensure high performance levels
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

**Skills**
- Proficient in inventory management and retail math
- Experience in wireless sales, retail sales, and POS systems
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with suppliers and partners
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
