Botanic La Monte is a fast-growing natural beauty and skincare brand focused on premium yet affordable products Our mission is to empower confidence through pure plant-based skincare that blends science and nature We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our online and offline sales growth build channel partnerships and drive brand visibility across India Job Summary As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets by managing online sales channels onboarding distributors handling marketplace accounts Amazon Flipkart Nykaa and driving sales through influencer and referral programs Key Responsibilities Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans to meet company targets Identify and onboard new distributors resellers and retail partners Manage E-commerce listings and campaigns on Amazon Flipkart and other marketplaces Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to align promotional activities with sales goals Handle B2B bulk orders and partnerships with salons spas and beauty stores Lead and motivate the sales and telecalling team to improve conversions Track and analyze sales metrics performance reports and market trends Build strong relationships with customers influencers and distributors Handle customer feedback complaints and ensure post-sale satisfaction Suggest new offers bundles and seasonal campaigns for better sales performance Job Types Full-time Part-time Permanent Fresher Internship Contract length 6 months Pay 11 919 55 - 47 749 69 per month Expected hours 8 per week Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Paid time off Work from home Work Location Remote
