Production Manager

Overall objective of job:
An engineer dedicated to producing the best work, following safety measures, and meeting and without exceeding project requirements and standards.

Competency required
- Ready to work in shift.
- Knowledge of manufacturing process that helps identify problems, implement solutions, and design efficient equipment and processes.
- Excellent communication skills to achieve project expectations.
- Strong time management skills that are useful for creating schedules and completing work in a timely and organized manner.
- Multi-tasker who can handle numerous responsibilities at ones.

Key responsibilities:

- Design and develop new systems, processes, and equipment to ensure manufacturing is efficient and effective.
- Investigate and analyze problems and devise solutions that save money, time, and materials.
- Manage budgets and ensure project deadlines are adequately met according to standards and requirements.
- Maximize productivity on the job by developing and implementing innovative production processes for new and existing products.
- Reduce production cost.
- Identify and address all issues that arose in a quick and efficient manner to ensure mínimal interruptions of work.

Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering Graduates (Mechanical)
- Experience: 0-1 yr. experience in an engineering discipline
- Experience of using CAD/CAM software, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and work independently
- Relevant technological knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
