As we continue to expand, we are looking to hire **20+ experienced BIM Modelers** across various disciplines to join our high-performing team in Chennai.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop accurate, detailed BIM models as per project requirements and standards.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure cross-discipline alignment.
- Perform clash detection and resolve issues using Navisworks or similar tools.
- Produce detailed 2D documentation from models.
- Regularly update models based on feedback and markups.
- Participate in team meetings and support project engineers with model-based insights.
- Maintain BIM documentation and version control.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling with a focus on high-rise or tower construction.
- Expertise in Autodesk Revit (mandatory).
- Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
- Experience working in consultancy setups is strongly preferred.
- In-depth understanding of technical drawings, modeling standards, and construction processes.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Availability to join immediately or within 1 month.
- Experience in international consultancy or mega-projects is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple assignments.
