**Responsibilities**:

- Support the team in preparing for meetings internally and externally, including conducting background research on meeting participants and organization focus areas.
- Support program team in ensuring effective reporting at the national level.
- Assist program team in coordination and execution of the program partnership in multiple states and related program work.
- Support program team on designing program strategy, creating action plan and formulating work plans.
- Undertake landscaping by collecting and collating information available for Health Systems & carry out analysis of data being reported in the public domain.
- Conduct assessments to seek, sense and analyze trends in the funding environment and develop strategy documents, concept notes and proposals.
- Support the program team in engaging with PATH’s state level teams to collect updates on project progress, challenges, and potential solutions.
- Support the team in coordinating projects internally within PATH & external stakeholders.
- Support in preparing project documents such as field assessment reports, donor reports, work-plans, updates, and briefs.
- Deliver any other need-based tasks as requested by the team.

**Required Skills**:
Required Experience
- Master’s degree from a reputed college with relevant experience of 1-3 years in public health/consulting organizations for strengthening health systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a complex environment.
- Comfort with collaborating across all levels of leadership internally.
- Critical analysis and strong report writing skills.
- Demonstrated capacity-building approach to supporting staff development.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
- Excellent in written and spoken English.
