**Respiratory Care Management (RCM) program / SOURCE Project**

PATH has been working in the field of oxygen delivery for almost a decade. Working globally over 10 geographies, including India, our medical oxygen technical assistance has brought together advocacy and policy, market development, engineering, product design / innovation, and health system strengthening. PATH is a key member of the ACT-A COVID-19 Oxygen Emergency Task Force led by the WHO. PATH’s team is made up of both global and country-based experts with in-depth understanding of oxygen ecosystem providing support. We have tools and expertise to support rigorous facility oxygen needs assessments, quantification, costing and oxygen distribution network design and facility selection.

In India, PATH has been working closely for the last 2 years with various government, non-government and private stakeholders in the Indian states of Maharashtra, Punjab and Karnataka providing technical assistance to address delays and fast track installation of Government of India / PM Cares approved PSA oxygen plants. Currently, PATH is working with government officials, donors, and partners to providing technical assistance to 22+ states for helping them become self-sufficient in oxygen.

Strengthening Oxygen Utilization and Respiratory Care Ecosystems (SOURCE) project is an initiative led by PATH to improve equitable access to high-quality respiratory care services at all levels of the health care system and ultimately, reduce maternal, child, and overall mortality from hypoxemia-related causes. Working closely with global and country stakeholders, the initiative supports governments and partners in focus geographies to push forward efforts to reinforce oxygen and respiratory care systems as necessary components of national health care systems, pandemic preparedness, and global health architecture. In India, the SOURCE project will be implemented in four states namely Maharashtra, UP, Bihar and Jharkhand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the team in preparing for meetings internally and externally, including conducting background research on meeting participants and organization focus areas
- Support the team in ensuring effective project reporting at the national level
- Assist the Project Lead in coordination and execution of the program partnership in multiple states and related program work
- Support Project Lead on designing program strategy, creating action plan and formulating work plans
- Undertake knowledge management by collecting and collating information available for the Oxygen supply and management & carry out analysis of data being reported in the public domain
- Undertake landscape assessments and analyze trends in the funding environment and develop strategy documents
- Conduct secondary research and landscape analysis for material contribution to the development of concept notes and proposals
- Support the program team in engaging with PATH’s state level teams to collect updates on project progress, challenges and potential solutions
- Support the team in coordinating the project management process internally within PATH & external stakeholders
- Support in preparing project collaterals such as field assessment reports, donor reports, work-plans, strategy updates, factsheets, and policy briefs
- Deliver any other need-based tasks as requested by the team

**Required Skills**:
Required Experience
- Master’s degree (MPH/MBA) at a reputed school/University with relevant experience of 3-4 years in public health/consulting organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a complex environment
- Comfort with collaborating across all levels of leadership internally
- Critical analysis and strong report writing skills
- Demonstrated capacity-building approach to supporting staff development
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- Excellent in written and spoken English

**Must have legal authorization to work in India.**
