**Transcription**:Convert audio recordings of medical professionals' dictations into written reports, such as patient histories, discharge summaries, and operative reports.
- **Document Preparation**:Format documents according to industry standards, ensuring proper grammar, spelling, and medical terminology.
- **Proofreading and Editing**:Review and edit documents generated by speech recognition software, correcting errors and ensuring accuracy.
- **Quality Control**:Verify the accuracy and completeness of transcribed documents, identifying inconsistencies or missing information.
- **Confidentiality**:Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to legal documentation requirements.
- **Record Management**:File and store documents according to office policies, and enter data into electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- **Collaboration**:Communicate with healthcare professionals to clarify medical terminology and ensure accuracy.
- Freshers are highly recommend.
