Ultrasound Typist

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Transcribe ultrasound reports dictated by healthcare professionals accurately and promptly.
- Ensure that all transcriptions adhere to established formatting and quality standards.
- Review transcriptions for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and make necessary corrections.
- Collaborate with ultrasound technicians and radiologists to clarify any unclear or ambiguous dictations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to regulations regarding patient information.
- Prioritize and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines and turnaround times.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to maintaining patient records as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a medical typist, transcriptionist, or similar role is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in typing with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, especially related to ultrasound procedures and diagnoses is an advantage.
- Familiarity with transcription software and tools is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors in transcriptions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability
