Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management:

- Develop and implement effective PPC strategies to achieve business goals.
- Manage, optimize, and scale PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct keyword research and ad copy creation to maximize campaign performance.

2. Budget Management:

- Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly budget allocation to ensure efficient spending and maximum ROI.
- Provide budget recommendations based on performance insights and market trends.

3. Performance Analysis:

- Regularly analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize analytics tools to track key metrics and provide detailed performance reports.

4. Ad Copy and Creative Development:

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with campaign objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad copy and creative elements for better engagement.

5. Keyword Research and Targeting:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify new opportunities and refine targeting strategies.
- Implement advanced targeting techniques, including audience segmentation and remarketing.

6. Ad Quality and Landing Page Optimization:

- Ensure ad relevance and quality score optimization.
- Collaborate with the web development team to optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.

7. Competitor Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging PPC technologies.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.

8. Communication and Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and analytics, to align PPC strategies with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on campaign performance and insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google and facebook campaigns.
- Google Ads and Bing Ads certification is a plus.
- Proficient in using PPC analytics tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
