**Job Title**: Java Automation Test Lead

**Location**: Chennai/Mumbai

**Responsibilities**:

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for automated tests
- Create and maintain test cases and test data for automation testing
- Work with development teams to understand software requirements and design automated tests accordingly
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and debug defects and improve software quality
- Mentor and guide junior automation testers in best practices for test design and execution
- Stay current with emerging testing tools and technologies and recommend ways to improve the automation testing process

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software automation testing with Java
- Strong programming skills in Java and experience with Selenium WebDriver
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design and implement effective test cases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading and mentoring junior automation testers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
