Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a range of spa treatments, including facials, hair spa therapies, and body treatments, with an emphasis on traditional Japanese techniques.
- Ensure high standards of client care and customer service at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the spa and treatment rooms.
- Tailor treatments to individual clients’ needs, offering personalized recommendations for continued care.
- Assist with educating clients on the benefits of treatments and recommending aftercare products.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring personalized, one-on-one experiences.
- Uphold Sakura’s commitment to luxury, professionalism, and a tranquil ambiance.

Key Qualifications and Skills
- Certified Spa Therapist with experience in facial and hair treatments (preferably in high-end or luxury settings).
- Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
- Fluent or proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to build rapport and maintain relationships with high-end clients.
- Knowledge of Japanese wellness traditions (preferred but not essential).
- Hard-working, with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, exclusive environment while providing a calming and relaxed experience for guests.
