**Job Title**: Spa Therapist
**Location**: Arenja Corner, Sector 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
**Reporting to**: Spa Manager

**Job Summary**

The Spa Therapist is responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments and services to clients, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. This role involves proficient use of spa equipment, adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service.

**Key ResponsibilitiesTreatment Delivery**
- Perform various spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other therapies, using the appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products based on their requirements and preferences.

**Equipment Usage**
- Operate spa equipment, such as:

- Massage chairs and tables.
- Facial steamers and cleansing devices.
- Hydrotherapy tubs and showers.
- Waxing and hair removal equipment.
- Hot stone warmers, ultrasonic scrubbers, and microdermabrasion machines.
- Regularly inspect equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition.
- Clean, disinfect, and maintain equipment after each use, adhering to health and safety standards.

**Customer Interaction**
- Welcome clients warmly and explain the treatment process.
- Address client concerns or questions with professionalism.
- Encourage the use of spa products and upsell services where appropriate.

**Hygiene and Safety**
- Follow proper sanitation protocols for equipment and treatment areas.
- Maintain a clean, serene, and organized spa environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all treatments.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Stay updated on new spa trends, techniques, and equipment.
- Participate in training sessions as required.
- Assist with inventory management of spa equipment and supplies.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma or certification in spa therapy or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with spa treatments and equipment is preferred.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to stand for long hours and perform repetitive motions.
- Physical stamina to deliver treatments effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
