**Job Summary**

We are looking for a **Customer Care Executive (Voice Process)** to support our Internet Service Provider (ISP) operations in Pondicherry. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving service-related queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to internet service support.
- Work with customers/employees to identify connection/computer issues and advise on solutions.
- Log and maintain accurate records of customer/employee queries and resolutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for troubleshooting downtime or service disruptions.
- Professional communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow escalation protocols when required to resolve complex issues.

**Profile Requirements**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & regional language preferred).
- Good logical reasoning and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume customer calls with patience and professionalism.
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving attitude.

**Eligibility**
- Diploma holders and college dropouts are also eligible.

**Job Type**
- Full-time
- Work Location: In-person (Pondicherry)

**Shift & Schedule**
- Day shift / Rotational shift
- Work Days: Monday to Friday
