**Job Scope**:
The Team Member Storage L2 will be in charge of setting up and overseeing the corporate storage infrastructure. NAS and SAN environments, fibre channel switched fabrics, and related physical and virtual servers are among the technologies that must be configured, implemented, deployed, and supported. To satisfy company needs and outline potential future improvements, install, upgrade, repair, maintain, and retire production and test environments.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Complete knowledge of SAN and NAS production environments.
- Hands-on experience in Cisco Switch Firmware Upgradation.
- Cisco Switch-to-Switch migration in a production environment.
- Experience in implementing Zoning on Cisco FC SAN Switches.
- In-depth understanding of administration, implementation, and troubleshooting of VMAX production environments.
- Experience in SAN-to-SAN Storage Migration projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Synchronous and Asynchronous Remote Replication.
- Track and manage allocated storage capacity and maintain a monthly capacity tracker.
- Expertise in Hitachi VSP, HP VTL, Data Domain, and EMC Networker.
- Proficient in identifying and troubleshooting storage performance issues.
- Ability to collaborate with various OS teams (e.g., VMware, Windows, Linux) for LUN allocation and deallocation.
- Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout personal data lifecycle.
