Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategy Development**:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, understand market trends, and assess competitive landscapes.
- Develop and execute marketing plans for specific products or services, including campaign planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and messaging.
- **Campaign Execution and Optimization**:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools and other metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Maintain strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the marketing field.
- **Budget Management**:

- Collaborate with management to prepare and manage marketing budgets.
- Track marketing spend and ensure that campaigns are delivered within budget.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on digital marketing.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- **Other**: Strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
