**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Promote products/services to prospective customers and close sales on-site or through follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitor activities.
- Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns, promotional events, and product demonstrations.
- Gather customer feedback and report market trends to the marketing and sales teams.
- Maintain daily reports and documentation related to client visits, lead conversions, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and execution of campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **field sales or direct marketing** (minimum 1 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple client visits per day.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with local markets in Lucknow and surrounding areas is a plus.
