**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Quality Testing:

- Conduct routine tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Analyze test results and maintain accurate records of testing procedures and outcomes.
- Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain detailed documentation of QC processes, test results, and corrective actions.
- Generate reports on product quality and present findings to the QC Head.
- Compliance & Auditing:

- Ensure all products comply with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, ISO).
- Participate in internal and external audits to maintain quality certifications.
- Problem Identification & Resolution:

- Identify quality issues and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.
- Monitor corrective actions to ensure effectiveness and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes by identifying areas for enhancement.
- Implement best practices to ensure the highest level of product quality and safety.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, laboratory testing methods, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
