We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate our brand's message across various platforms. Your designs will be used in digital media, print, and other marketing materials. You should have a strong understanding of design principles, be proficient in graphic design software, and have an eye for detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and design various materials for digital and print media, including websites, social media graphics, brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with the brand’s visual identity and goals.
- Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability, and visual appeal.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Amend final designs based on stakeholder feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Work with external printers when necessary to ensure that the final design meets printing specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and software, continuously improving design skills and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of design work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of web design and experience with HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Understanding of branding and marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
