**Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) - Glass Industry**
**Location**: Kheda (Goblej)
**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
**Education Qualification** : Diploma /Mechanical Engineering/ BE
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients in the glass industry.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Ensure that customer needs and expectations are met promptly and effectively.
- **Sales & Business Development Support**:
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling glass products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- **Account Management**:
- Manage key accounts by providing ongoing support and ensuring customer retention.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and review meetings with clients to understand their requirements and ensure product satisfaction.
- Handle product or service issues, working closely with internal teams for timely resolution.
- **Product Knowledge & Technical Support**:
- Stay up-to-date with product developments and innovations in the glass industry.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers as needed.
- Communicate with the technical or production teams to address customer needs and requests.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:
- Respond to customer queries and complaints promptly, aiming to resolve them in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services, keeping clients informed about their orders and status.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems Auto Cad, Drawings.
- Provide regular reports on customer feedback, sales activities, and account status to senior management.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess customer satisfaction and CRM effectiveness.
- **Market Insights**:
- Gather feedback and insights from customers to help improve products and services.
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify trends in the glass industry.
**Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor's degree** in Mechanical Engineering, B.E. Civil Engineering, Diploma Background.
- **2-5 years of experience** in customer relationship management, sales, or business development, preferably within the glass or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and explain them clearly to customers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to customer issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of the **glass industry** and its products, manufacturing processes, and market dynamics.
- Auto Cad, Drawings, Communication skills.
**Salary
**Transport Facility - Ahmedabad to Kheda.**
