Job Role: AGM Finance & Accounts
Qualification: CA or CA inter is mandatory
**Job Description**:
- Ensure that transactions are recorded as per defined standard
- Consolidation of Accounts and Finalization of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual books of Accounts of Hyderabad plant, Ludhiana Plant and Branches.
- Capitalization and Costing
- Preparation of monthly MIS and variance analysis and reporting and actions
- Analysis and monitoring of monthly Expenses and overhead allocation
- Advances & Payables monitoring and controlling.
- Regular review of internal control mechanism and work towards improvement wherever needed.
- Handled Statutory auditors/ Cost Auditors and filing of Income Tax returns on time
- Handling Internal Audits and support in preparation of internal Audit plan
- Statutory compliances - TDS, GST, Professional Tax and as applicable
- Cost optimization and efficiency improvements in Accounts & Finance and in Business
- Close coordination with other plant accounts team and cross function
- People Management and Development
- Implementation of new IT and other initiatives
- All other Core Accounting functions of the organization.
Core Competencies:
Expert Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Tally, IT Savvy
Sound knowledge of Accounting Standard, Costing and Taxation, Import and Export Business with business Acumen skills with Manufacturing experience
CA or CA Inter with 9-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry with age of 30 to 35
Manufacturing industry preferred
English & Hindi speaking is must.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
