**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Operational Management**: Oversee daily school operations, including facilities, student services, and compliance with regulations.
- **Staff Coordination**: Manage recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff in collaboration with HR.
- **Infrastructure Oversight**: Ensure all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and conducive to learning.
- **Budget Management**: Work with the finance team to manage budgets and optimize resource allocation.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Address concerns from parents and coordinate with external vendors and community partners.
- **Strategic Planning**: Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies for school growth and improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s in Education Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s preferred.
- **Experience**: 3+ years in school operations with a strong understanding of educational settings.
- **Skills**: Leadership, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and proficiency in MS Office and school management software.
