**Job Title: Accounts Executive -**

**Reporting To**: Accounts Managerr

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Required**: 3-5 years in accounting or related field

**Job Purpose**:
To manage and oversee daily financial operations of office and statutory requirements. The Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, managing budgets, and facilitating audits.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Financial Management & Accounting**
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records including vouchers, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation, and ledgers.
- Process payroll, reimbursements, and other staff-related financial matters.
- Manage collection, generate challans, and update records in the ERP system.
- Reconcile collections with bank deposits and maintain up-to-date cash flow records.

**2. Compliance & Audit**
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax Act, GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations.
- File monthly/quarterly/annual returns (e.g., GST, TDS).
- Coordinate with auditors for annual audit and ensure timely submission of reports.

**3. Budgeting & Reporting**
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Generate monthly and annual financial statements for review by management.
- Prepare reports on school expenditures, receipts, and outstanding dues.

**4. Liaison & Coordination**
- Liaise with banks, vendors, service providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth financial operations.
- Respond to financial queries from parents or staff.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com.)
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, MS Excel, ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of finance management and statutory regulations.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior experience in similar domain.
- Familiarity with online statutory GST, TDS etc. compliances Working regularly and independently on Tally Software and / or ERP platforms.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
