**Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Management & Sales Conversion**
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital inquiries, and referrals.
- Follow up on leads promptly and convert them into consultations or bookings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for hair, skin, and laser treatment packages.
- Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system accurately.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Science, Cosmetology, or Business preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in **aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, or beauty & wellness sales**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of hair, skin, and laser treatments will be an advantage.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and telecalling practices.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a professional appearance and attitude.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
