**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare bid/tender documentation.
- Review all papers & relevant documents before tender submission.
- Maintain accurate records and files (manual & electronic) of all the tender data.
- Acquire thorough understanding of the rules of tendering.
- Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations as per tender requirements.
- Liaise with all other team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
- Time management of the full tender process.
- Should travel across India for Tendering purposes (if required) and should be proficient in **English and Hindi**

Qualifications: Business Graduate (BBA / MBA)/Graduate in English

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
