**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Crane Operation**: Operate overhead and gantry cranes to transport materials and equipment within the manufacturing facility.
- **Equipment Inspection**: Conduct daily inspections of cranes and related equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- **Load Management**: Determine load weights and ensure compliance with lifting specifications and safety standards.
- **Communication**: Coordinate with ground personnel using hand signals or communication devices to ensure safe movement of loads.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating parts and replacing worn components, to keep equipment in optimal condition.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate logs of crane operations, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Certification**: Valid crane operator certification, as required by local regulations.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years operating cranes in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in operating overhead and gantry cranes; ability to read and interpret load charts and blueprints.
- **Physical Requirements**: Good physical condition, including strength, coordination, and stamina, to handle the demands of the job.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on safety and precision in handling materials.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions accurately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
