**Job Title**: Cinematographer (Director of Photography)**Job Overview**:
The Cinematographer will be responsible for overseeing the visual representation of a film, television show, commercial, or other video productions. This includes the selection of lighting, camera angles, shot composition, and camera movements, in collaboration with the director and other members of the production team. The Cinematographer plays a critical role in creating the mood, tone, and aesthetic of the project.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Collaborate with the Director**:

- Work closely with the director to understand their vision and how to translate it into the visual style of the production.
- Suggest visual elements, such as lighting, color palette, and composition, to support the narrative and thematic goals of the project.
- **Camera and Lighting Setup**:

- Choose appropriate camera equipment and lenses to achieve the desired aesthetic and effect.
- Design and implement lighting setups that match the mood and tone of the scenes.
- Ensure proper exposure, focus, and framing for each shot.
- **Shot Composition**:

- Frame shots to support the narrative and convey the emotional tone of the scene.
- Coordinate with the director to ensure the visual storytelling aligns with the script.
- Use techniques such as depth of field, perspective, and movement to enhance the storytelling.
- **Camera Movement**:

- Plan and execute camera movements (e.g., dolly, crane, handheld) to create dynamic visual storytelling.
- Oversee the operation of the camera crew, ensuring smooth and precise camera work.
- **Supervise the Camera Crew**:

- Lead and guide the camera crew to execute the desired shots efficiently.
- Train and instruct camera operators, assistants, and grips in the use of equipment and techniques.
- **Post-production Collaboration**:

- Work with the colorist and editing team to ensure that the final footage reflects the intended visual style and quality.
- Be available for color grading sessions to adjust lighting, shadows, and contrast as necessary.
- **Manage Budget and Resources**:

- Collaborate with the production designer and producers to ensure the visual elements are within budget.
- Make creative decisions that balance quality and budget considerations.
- **Stay Current with Technology**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, equipment, and techniques in cinematography.
- Explore new technologies such as drones, 360-degree cameras, and virtual production methods.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
