**Introduction**:
What will you be doing?
- Partner directly with business owners of other tools within the MarTech stack to ensure a holistic view of the capabilities solution to support all marketing efforts
- Provide leadership/architecture guidance to program teams on the end to end customer journey across products and platforms.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Significant experience with the Salesforce suite of products with particular focus on Marketing Cloud
- Significant experience building and deploying Marketing communications via the SFMC tool
- Significant experience in Marketing Operations/Marketing Execution
- Familiarity within the Financial Industry
- Significant Experience running an operations team with adherence to SLA and controls
- Excellent communications skills, ability to build rapport while holding others accountable for their deliverables

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, Certified Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer, Certified Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant
- 4+ years of experience managing a Marketing Execution Team
- Holistic understanding of marketing, marketing operations process, and technology agile process strongly preferred
- Controls oriented
- 4-year college degree in marketing, business, computer science, or other related area
