**Job Opportunity: Sales and Marketing Representative at Mangwale**
**Mangwale** is a rapidly expanding delivery platform that helps businesses—such as restaurants, stores, and pharmacies—grow by offering them a **zero-commission platform** to list their products and services. Our goal is to create a robust vendor network while providing customers with seamless delivery experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Field Sales & Vendor Engagement**: Actively visit local vendors (restaurants, stores, pharmacies) to onboard them onto the Mangwale platform.
- **Vendor Onboarding**: Guide vendors through the entire registration and product listing process, ensuring they understand the platform’s benefits.
- **Marketing Strategy Execution**: Develop and implement local marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase vendor registrations.
- **Explore Branding Opportunities**: Identify innovative and localized branding opportunities to boost Mangwale's visibility.
- **Vendor Relationship Management**: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with vendors to encourage continued use of the platform.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and refine our sales approach accordingly.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed set sales goals by engaging with vendors and executing effective marketing strategies.
- **Reporting & Feedback**: Provide regular updates to the management team, including feedback from vendors and insights on the success of marketing initiatives.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years in sales and marketing, particularly in field sales or vendor acquisition roles.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong persuasive abilities and confidence in closing deals.
- **Marketing Knowledge**: Proven experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies that drive vendor acquisition and brand awareness.
- **Self-Motivated**: Must have a self-motivating nature and the ability to work independently.
- **2-Wheeler Ownership**: Must own a 2-wheeler for fieldwork.
- **Positive and Truthful Attitude**: A positive outlook and truthful approach in dealing with vendors.
- **Problem-Solving**: Quick thinker with a talent for resolving concerns or objections raised by vendors.
- **Local Knowledge**: Familiarity with the Nashik region and its business landscape is an advantage.
- **Added Advantage**: Prior experience working with food aggregators, delivery aggregators, or any delivery company.
