**About Mangwale**:
मंगWale is a dynamic and growing platform that connects customers to businesses in various sectors, including restaurants, stores, and pharmacies. As we expand our operations, we’re looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join us as Marketing Interns and contribute to building our network of vendors while promoting the मंगWale brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Onboarding**:

- Meet and engage with vendors across various sectors (restaurants, stores, pharmacies, etc.).
- Present the value proposition of Mangwale and onboard vendors onto the platform.
- Assist vendors in completing the registration process and understanding the platform's features.
- **Brand Promotion**:

- Actively promote Mangwale by representing the brand professionally.
- Install branding materials (e.g., posters, stickers, signage) at vendor locations to enhance visibility.
- **Field Support**:

- Assist in managing delivery operations during driver shortages to ensure seamless service.
- **Brand Representation**:

- Wear Mangwale-branded t-shirts during all field activities to maintain a consistent brand image.
- **Performance Targets**:

- Meet weekly and monthly onboarding targets as set by the Marketing Manager.
- Earn additional incentives based on successful vendor acquisitions and overall performance.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in meeting and engaging with people.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- **Personality**:

- Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and interacting with various stakeholders.
- **Availability**: Flexible to travel locally and work in the field.
