**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a **Telecaller** to make and receive phone calls to customers. You will explain products or services, answer questions, and keep records using **Microsoft Excel**. Good communication and basic computer skills are important.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Making calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identifying and qualifying potential leads through telemarketing.
- **Sales**: Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
- **Inbound Call Handling**: Answering customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- **Customer Service**: Providing excellent customer service through phone interactions.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Follow-up**: Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
- **Target Achievement**: Meeting sales targets and contributing to team performance.
- Explain products or services in a clear and polite way.
- Answer customer questions and provide information.
- Enter customer details and call records in **Excel**.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Achieve daily or weekly calling targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
- Good speaking skills in English.
- Basic **Excel and computer knowledge**.
- Polite, confident, and a good listener.
- Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
- Customer Handling Skills.
- Computer Skills
- Essential Skills.
- Excellent Communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
