**Your Role in Our Story**

As a **Housekeeping Supervisor** at TEHPL, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards. Your leadership and attention to detail will ensure that every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping staff, ensuring high-quality standards in cleanliness and service.
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure they meet TEHPL’s standards.
- Assign duties and monitor cleaning schedules, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping team members, providing guidance on proper cleaning techniques and use of equipment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, ensuring stock levels are sufficient and ordering as needed.
- Address guest requests and concerns regarding housekeeping services, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the engineering team to ensure timely repairs.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control efforts for the housekeeping department.

- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
