**Production Oversight**: Supervise and manage the entire production process, from raw material preparation to the final product.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure all products meet established standards.
- **Formulation**: Assist in the formulation of new products, working closely with the R&D team to develop effective and safe Ayurvedic products.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and maintain proper documentation.
- **Process Optimization**: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, coordinating with the procurement team as needed.
- **Training and Development**: Train and mentor production staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
- **Safety**: Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all safety guidelines and procedures.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, quality issues, and other relevant metrics to the Production Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹228,000.00 per year
