**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the execution of strategic plans and operational improvements.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Prepare reports on business performance, including KPIs and metrics.
- Support leadership in decision-making by providing strategic insights.
- Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations for operational adjustments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in strategy or operations roles.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of business operations and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
