**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a wide variety of baked goods including cakes, cookies, pies, bread, and pastries.
- Decorate and present pastries and baked goods in an attractive manner.
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and manage stock levels.
- Ensure that all baked goods are completed on time for opening.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and ensure proper rotation.
- Follow and create recipes, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new items and seasonal specialties.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bakery Chef in star category hotels or high-end bakeries.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and trends.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and creativity in pastry design.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Willingness to work in cold environmen

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
