**Job Title**: System Administrator

**Job Location**: Zephyr Entrance Coaching Centre, Trivandrum

**Salary**: 15000/
- **Job Summary**: The System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role involves managing networks, and system resources to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure and workstations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform regular backups and data restoration procedures.
- Ensure the proper implementation and management of antivirus, security, and backup solutions.
- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure system requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and regulatory requirements.
- Design and layout print materials, including question papers and more.
- Prepare files for printing by ensuring proper formatting, color management, and resolution.
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy, layout consistency, and adherence to specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in desktop publishing tools and design techniques.
- Handle typesetting, font management, and graphics integration into layouts.
- Manage file organization, archiving, and documentation for all projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Typing speed of 40WPM
- Assist teachers and administrative staff in the creation of instructional materials, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with teachers to develop student-friendly, visually engaging educational materials.
- Edit and proofread materials for consistency, spelling, grammar, and clarity.
- Ensure the proper preparation of materials for printing, including checking resolution, colors, and formatting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
