Medical Record Executive

Objective
- To enable physicians to provide quality health care to their patients
- To meet all legal, regulatory and auditing requirements
- Networking - Transitioning from Paper to Electronic Records - Set Record Electronically. Electronic systems can facilitate transmission of test results and other documents between health-care providers or facilities.
- Security and Storage - All patient records and data must be kept in restricted access areas or locked filing cabinets to protect against loss of information and damage.
- Retention, Access and Transfer of Medical - Physicians must ensure that access to records is possible for authorized parties when necessary. - Insurance - TPA, other Consultant
- Assessment of care: Medical records are fundamental components of external reviews, such as those conducted for quality improvement purposes
Operations
- Ensure Medical records are complete
- Accurate: Medical record should be accurate.
- Complete: It must contain sufficient data written in sequential order of events to justify the diagnosis and warrant the treatment.
- Adequate: Medical records should contain all the necessary information and complete progress not written by the attending doctor.
- Comprehensive: Medical records should contain comprehensive and adequate information to point and easily understood.
- Economical: Medical records should be economical. It should not be over burden economically on administration to maintain.
- Properly Planned: Medical records should be kept according to scientific methods such as arrangements of shelves, filing, Indexing, coding, Process for Indoor case paper & Xeroxing, Prepare Pending list daily and maintain MIS, Notifiable reporting to NMMC, Maintain Death & MLC cases collection, Issuing Medical Certificate and other various certificate like Death & Birth, AFP, Tuberculosis, PNDT, reporting etc. should be on proper sequence and easy to understand.
- Timely: It should be time saving rather than time consuming to maintain, retrieve and enter the data and so on.
**Salary**: Up to ₹15,500.00 per month
